Shipping, Returns & Guarantees
As well as selling through our Boutique in Penrith, Lenore’s has been selling on-line for many years now. We are a family owned Boutique & we love our products & want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with each & every purchase.  Thus we will do everything we can to make sure that buying with us is exciting & that you are completely satisfied with all of your dealings with us.
Shipping within Australia
FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY within Australia for all orders over $200. All other orders will incur a $9.90 delivery charge.
International Shipping
New Zealand - $20
United States, Canada, Thailand, Asia Pacific, UAE - $25
Rest of World - $30
Delivery Time
Once your order is received & all goods are in stock we will dispatch your order within 24 hours on any given business day.
Within Australia most orders will be received by you within 1-3 days of your parcel leaving us. Please allow 7-14 days to receive international orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is sent you will receive an email including all tracking details. A signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, a card will be left that will allow you to collect your parcel at your local Post Office. If by chance your parcel is not collected within the required timeframe it will be returned to us, you will be responsible for any incurred costs of shipping.
Guarantees
All purchases are subject to availability. Occasionally, your item/s may be sold before you submit your order and we will endeavour to re-order your item/s. If your order will be delayed or unavailable for any reason we will contact by phone and/or email to advise you and provide alternative item/s including details and photos or a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Lenore’s Boutique offers NO HASSLE return/exchange for all online orders when the following criteria are met:
Items are returned within 14 days of purchase
The item is unworn, unaltered & undamaged (we ensure all items are in fabulous condition prior to shipping)
Original swing tags & packaging are intact

Carefully pack & return to us
Once we receive your returned order & find you are due a refund we will refund the purchase cost to you & email you a notification. Please use a 'registered post' option when sending your order back to us, as you are the sender, you are responsible for the safe delivery to us.
Exchange
Because we wish for you to be happy with all aspects of purchasing from Lenore’s Boutique feel free to contact us to discuss how to best service your exchange requirements
Otherwise;
Return your item following our returns procedure
Place & pay for the correct item/s and we will ship it out to you immediately
Once we receive your returned order we will refund the purchase cost for the returned item/s & email you when complete
Faulty Item
First of all, we apologise if you have received a wrong/faulty item. Please contact us & we will rectify the error. When available we will offer you a replacement/alternative item at no further cost to you or if you choose we will provide a full refund.
Return postage costs
If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/colour etc. you will be responsible for all postage costs as well as the safe return of item/s to us. If you need to return a faulty/wrong order we will refund all costs incurred with returning/replacing the order.
